Yes, you can lock in discounts for multiple years. A two year licence comes with a 10% discount, a three year licence comes with a 20% discount, a four year licence comes with a 25% discount and a 5 year licence comes with a 30% discount.

All team spaces are completely free for up to 50 users following this it is $10 per user per year, calculated in tranches, i.e. 50-75 users is $750 per year, 75-100 users is $1000 per year. Following this tranches are 100-150 for $1500 etc. You can lock in multi-year discounts across all plans.

You have complete control over the content in your space. Access to this is controlled by the Space's admin. There are 3 levels of access on the platform, admin, limited admin and read only users. You can appoint admins for your Space and they can control the content. Access is only granted to users that you approve, keeping your platform secure. You can remove user access at any point, for example when staff move on.
