About Eolas

Accessing medical knowledge rapidly and easily at the point of care is still very difficult for healthcare professionals. Eolas Medical is transforming how critical medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care.

We have a vision where every healthcare professional can instantly access the context specific knowledge they need to deliver safe, effective care.

Designed and developed by doctors, the platform aggregates and indexes tens of thousands of items of medical content, enabling rapid and accurate decision-making. It’s currently being used by hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals globally, over 85% of acute NHS hospitals, 40% of all doctors in Ireland and also used in world leading institutions in the US including Stanford Healthcare, Mass General and Boston Children’s Hospital.

We’re now hiring the team’s first Clinical Implementation and Engagement Lead to work alongside a team of doctors and engineers helping build, scale, deploy and implement the next generation of AI powered clinical knowledge tools.

Role overview

We are looking for a healthcare professional who loves medicine, tech and the commercial side of healthcare and recognises that technology can play a huge role in fixing various broken aspects of care.

This is a hybrid role that blends:

  • Sales: Running high quality demos, shaping value propositions, helping close departmental, divisional and trust wide opportunities

  • Customer success and implementation: Working with clinical champions and digital teams to get content onboarded and to drive deep, sustained adoption

You care that the contract is signed, but you care even more that clinicians are using Eolas every day.

  • Run engaging product demos for potential customers across healthcare.
  • Identify and support clinical champions who can help grow adoption of Eolas
  • Work closely with the Head of HCP Growth to prioritise the highest leverage opportunities

2. Implementation and adoption

  • Own the journey from “contract signed” to “most clinicians in this organisation are active monthly users”
  • Partner with stakeholders to roll out Eolas.
  • Co-ordinate with teams across the business to ensure product set up and implementation
  • Design and run onboarding sessions, education, and train the trainer programs for clinical teams
  • Be product focused and data focused

3. Customer success and renewal

  • Become a trusted partner for senior NHS and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Show them how to use our leverage Eolas effectively for their organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build relationships and ensure growth

4. Feedback loop and product input

  • Work closely with end users to seek feedback for future feature development alongside product and engineering teams

5. Represent Eolas in the field

  • Attend selected conferences and events engage with and learn from decision makers
  • Present Eolas and our use cases with confidence backed by your clinical background

Who you are

  • A healthcare professional with clinical experience in the NHS or a similar health system
  • You have led or played a key role in digital, quality improvement or guideline projects in your organisation
  • You enjoy talking to people and can hold your own with senior NHS and healthcare stakeholders
  • You are commercially curious – you like the idea of closing a deal, but you care even more that it works in practice
  • You are comfortable with software products, can quickly learn how Eolas works and explain it clearly
  • You are organised and able to manage a sales and customer success pipeline.
  • You are motivated by our mission that no healthcare professional should have an unanswered clinical question

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical education, guideline development or clinical governance
  • Experience in a health tech startup, pharma medical affairs or digital implementation role
  • Experience working with NHS digital, transformation or ICS level stakeholders
  • Previous involvement in onboarding or training clinical teams on new systems
